Curriculum Development
Curriculum development begins with establishing an authentic, trusting relationship with our clients. It includes an assessment to determine what kind of curriculum would best serve the client’s needs because each organization is unique. A good training curriculum can help an organization build cultural competence in numerous ways.
Organizational Improvement
Organizational improvement encompasses all aspects of the organization and helps bring into focus those things that would help improve the organization’s bottom line: improved productivity. Interventions conducted with sensitivity, creativity, and a thorough attention to detail have the potential to transform relationships within the organization. Culturally sensitive and competent conflict mediation, customer service, the attraction and management of a diverse workforce, and performance management all contribute to increased productivity.
Relationship Development
Because the foundation of effective leadership and highly functioning organizations is the quality of relationships, this area could focus on executive coaching, mentoring, team development, dialogue facilitation, and the development of focus groups.
Training of Trainers
Organizations that want to develop their own training programs will benefit from high energy, comprehensive training programs that can bring out the best, even in employees who have never trained before.
